  • Milkmaid 300g
  • Mixed nuts powder 50g
  • -Sugar Syrup Ingredients-
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Orange Slice 1
  • Water 100ml

Let’s make it

-Steps for pan cakes-
Step 1
Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients into the bowl and pour Milkmaid and water mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes
Step 2
When the batter is ready take a non-stick pan and make small pancakes and keep aside.
-Steps for Filling cream-
Step 1
Take a bowl pour whipping cream and Milkmaid and beat it well then put it into a piping bag, fill the Qatayef pan cakes, and sprinkle the mixed nuts powder on top of the Qatayef pancakes.
-Steps for Sugar Syrup-
Step 1
Take a pan, add sugar and water and stir well until you get a thick syrup and add Orange slice , pour it over the Qatayef pan for topping.
