You will need

  • Milkmaid 100ml
  • Rice flour 300g
  • Egg 1nos
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Water 250 – 300ml

Let’s make it

Step 1
Mix the beaten egg, milkmaid, rice flour, salt and turmeric and add water until the mixture is the right consistency.
Step 2
Heat the kokis mould in hot oil.
Step 3
Fry until golden brown, remove from mould and place on a tissue to absorb the oil.
