You will need

  • MILKMAID 1 Small Tin
  • Raw Rice 2 Cups
  • Green Gram 1 Cup
  • Water 6 Cups
  • Margarine 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery, crushed 50
  • Coconut Milk 1 ½ Cups
  • Plums 50g
  • Cashews, chopped 50g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp

Let’s make it

Step 1
Wash the rice and pre-soaked green gram and boil it in a saucepan with salt, water and margarine, until cooked.
Step 2
Mix the jaggery with coconut milk and mix in the MILKMAID. Add this to the cooked rice followed by the plums, cashews and vanilla.
Step 3
Put the mixture into a flat dish and flatten it evenly, cut into pieces and serve.
