Step 1
Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes. Peel and blend with crushed cardamom to make a smooth paste.
Step 2
In a pan, add MILKMAID and water. Mix well. Add saffron water, almond essence, and the blended almond paste. Stir well.
Step 3
Keep aside to cool, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Pour into glasses, garnish with chopped almonds, and serve.
