You will need

  • FOR THE BASE:
  • Tea biscuits 250 g
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • Water 2 Cups
  • MILKMAID 500g
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Lemon zest 1
  • Diced mango 1
  • whipping cream 2/3 cup

Let’s make it

For the base, combine biscuit and butter and press the mixture into a loose bottom on the tart pan.
Step 1
Mix water and MILKMAID in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Step 2
Mix eggs, vanilla and corn flour in a mixing bowl then pour them into the hot milk mixture. Bring to boil with constant stirring until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Pour the final mixture into prepared biscuit base. Let it cool to a room temperature then gently scatter the mango cubes on top
Step 4
Whip the cream for 5-6 minutes. Use cream to garnish the tart sides
