Step 1
Grate coconut. Add 4 cups of hot water and keep for 15 mins. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.
Step 2
Combine MILKMAID with coconut milk and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into freezing trays and freeze till set. Cut into cubes and serve frozen.
