You will need

  • MILKMAID ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Grated Jaggery 1 cup
  • Bread ( Buttered ) 4 slices
  • Spices and Nutmeg ½ Tsp
  • Handful of chopped Cashew nuts
  • Pinch of Salt

Let’s make it

Step 1
Mix MILKMAID and water, and mix in the Jaggery.
Step 2
Beat the eggs together with the spices and mix in the Jaggery, milk and salt.
Step 3
In a bowl, put slices of buttered bread and pour the Jaggery mixture.
Step 4
Bake / Steam, till firm. Later sprinkle with chopped Cashew nuts.
