You will need

  • Milkmaid 390g
  • Water (measured by milkmaid tin) 1 ½ Tin
  • Egg yolks 3 Nos
  • Egg white 3 Nos
  • Vanilla 1 TSP
  • Roasted cashew nuts 5g
  • Gelatin 12g
  • Water for gelatin 50 ml
  • Butter 30g
  • Sugar 150g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Into a bowl, add milkmaid and water, and mix until well combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks. Next, Add the eggs to the MILKMAID and water mixture, and heat the mixture whilst stirring continuously to prevent the mixture from curdling.
Step 3
In a separate heated pan, melt the butter and sugar, and leave it to cook until it is caramelized.
Step 4
Add the butter and sugar mixture to the MILKMAID mixture while both mixtures are still hot.
Step 5
Dissolve the gelatin in a ¼ cup of boiling water and add it to the Milkmaid mixture.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
Step 7
Add in the stiffly beaten egg whites to the MILKMAID mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into a rinsed out bowl and Leave it to set in the refrigerator. Decorate with fruits and nuts or as desired
