Let’s make it
In a pan, melt the dark cooking chocolate.
In a separate large bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the egg and egg yolks until pale in color, for about 2 minutes.
Add the MILKMAID to the egg and egg yolk mixture and beat until well combined. Add in melted chocolate to the same mixture and stir until well incorporated.
Sift the flour into the chocolate mixture and fold until well combined.
Divide batter among the prepared ramekin cups.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180c for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set, but the center of cakes are still soft and serve.
