  • Milkmaid 250g (½ large tin)
  • Butter 250g
  • Sugar 200g
  • Eggs 4 Nos
  • Flour 250g
  • Baking Powder 1tsp
  • Vanilla 2tsp
  • Coffee powder 2tsp
  • Icing sugar 500g
  • Butter 150g
  • Milkmaid (250g) a large tin
  • 2 tsp coffee

Let’s make it

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar together.
Step 2
Add egg one by one into the mixture and beat well.
Step 3
Sieve Baking powder and Flour together and fold into the above mixture.
Step 4
Add coffee dissolved in water 2tsp.
Step 5
Then add milkmaid and beat it well.
Step 6
Bake it at 180°C for 30 - 35 Mins.
Coffee Icing
Step 1
Step 1 In a large bowl whip softened margarine or butter until lightly fluffy.
Step 2
Slowly whip in the milkmaid and coffee until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Add icing sugar and mix well. Sandwich the cake with icing and garnish as desired.
