Dust raisins and currants with some flour.
In a bowl cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and flour alternately. Add MILKMAID gradually. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended.
Line two loaf tins with oil paper. Fill with the mixture. Bake at 175°C for 50 - 60 minutes.
Raisins contain dietary fiber and are also good sources of vitamins and minerals.
