Let’s make it
Cover a 6 inch baking tray with grease proof paper
Temper white chocolate in a stainless steel or Pyrex glass bowl placed in a heated water bath (double boil) until it is completely melted. Alternatively, you can microwave the chocolate until fully melted. Leave it to cool.
Fold in the soft butter.
Empty the mixture into a mixing bowl and whisk / whip it
Add the MILKMAID and whisk/whip it until it reaches a foamy thick consistency.
Mix in the vanilla
Separate half of the mixture into a bowl and mix in the red colouring. Pour it into a baking tray.
Set in the normal refrigerator for half an hour one. Alternatively, for a quick serving, you can place it in the deep freezer for 15 mins.
Take the set mixture out and pour the rest of the mixture on top of it. Repeat step 8.
Once set, cut into cubes and serve. As an additional step, you can coat and enrobe each cube in dark chocolate (you can follow step 2 for the dark chocolate as well). Place the chocolate coated cube in the refrigerator for 15 mins. Serve and enjoy!
