Let’s make it
In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Sieve flour & baking powder thrice. Add eggs (one by one) to butter & sugar mix.
Mix chopped fruits & 50g of wheat flour & keep aside. Finally add flour to the egg mix & mix well. Gradually combine the chopped fruits.
Then bake at 185°C for 45 minutes.
MILKMAID Chocolate Cream Topping
Mix 200ml MILKMAID with fresh cream.
Heat it up to 75°C.
Remove from the stove and add melted chocolate and mix.
Pour over cake and decorate.
