Chocolate Chip Muffins

You will need

  • MILKMAID 500g
  • Plain Flour 1.5 Cups
  • Coco Powder 5 tbsp.
  • Baking Powder 1 tbsp.
  • Water 1/2 Cup
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla Essence 2 tsp.
  • Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup

Let’s make it

Step 1
Mix flour, coco powder, baking powder, MILKMAID and water in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 2
Mix oil, eggs and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl for about 4-5 minutes. Gradually add this mixture to the previous mixture.
Step 3
Add chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into muffin cups and bake at 190°c for 20 minutes.
