Step 1

Mix the flour, baking soda, butter and warm water into a smooth dough

Step 2

Next, add the egg yolks and MILKMAID into this mix .

Step 3

Sprinkle the raisins into this mix

Step 4

Pour the mixture in to a greased pan and bake at 180C for 1 ½ hours

Step 5

Let the cake cool and gently turn out of the pan before placing the Breudher upside down on a plate and serve.
