You will need

  • MILKMAID 1/2 tin
  • Almonds(chopped) 3 tbsp.
  • Raisins (halved) 3 tbsp.
  • Cashew nuts(chopped) 3 tbsp.
  • Butter 1 tbsp.
  • Pizza Base
  • Flour 150g
  • Yeast 1/4 tsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil 1/2 tbsp.
  • Cold water to mix 75 -100ml

Let’s make it

To make the pizza base:
Add the flour, yeast and sugar into a bowl. Gradually add the water until the dough combines. Finally add the olive oil and knead the dough. Leave aside until the dough doubles in size. Roll out to a round shape (8inches in diameter)
Step 1
In a saucepan heat the butter and MILKMAID together stirring constantly.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and remove from fire. Spread the mix evenly over the pizza base.
Step 3
Sprinkle the chopped nuts and raisins over the pizza bases. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or till the top becomes light brown.
Step 4
Serve hot. Use the almonds as a topping.
