You will need
- MILKMAID 1 small tin
- Marie Biscuits, crushed 250g
- Marshmallows 35g
- Desiccated coconut 60g
- Chocolate chips 135g
- Cocoa Powder 1 tsp.
- Butter, chopped 100g
- Vanilla 1 tsp.
- Milk Chocolate, melted 150g
Let’s make it
Step 1
Grease and line an 18 x 28cm baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl combine biscuits, marshmallows, coconut, chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan combine MILKMAID, butter and vanilla. Stir over a low heat until butter is melted, making sure mixture does not boil. Pour over biscuit mixture, mix well and firmly press into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Step 3
Once slice is cooled, spread melted Milk Chocolate over the top, refrigerate until set, cut into squares.
