Combine MILKMAID, water and butter in a saucepan and bring to boil. Add flour and mix until it becomes a paste. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.
Beat the mixture and add eggs one by one.
Heat the vegetable oil. Put the mixture to a piping bag and pipe a long rope of dough, and carefully place in hot oil. Fry until golden and crisp
While the churros are still very hot, toss in the sugar and cinnamon to coat.
Boil MILKMAID and water.
Take off from the fire and add cocoa powder and cooking chocolate. Mix well.
Leave to cool and serve.
