Butter a square baking pan and line it with baking paper. Butter the baking paper too.
Blend the melted unsalted butter with MILKMAID. Mix in the plain biscuit crumbs and chocolate chips. Scrape the dough into the pan and spread it evenly with a fork or spatula.
Bake the mixture on the center rack until the brownies are golden and slightly puffy (approx. 25 minutes).
Let them cool well, then slice and wrap them.
