Let’s make it
In a bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and oats and mix well.
Divide mixture in half and press firmly into two greased and lined pans.
Combine dark cooking chocolate, MILKMAID and extra butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted, then remove from heat and stir in cashew nuts and extra vanilla.
Spread chocolate mixture evenly over bases. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked. Cut into bars.
