You will need

  • Milkmaid 100g
  • Sugar 120g
  • Flour 200g
  • Eggs 4Nos
  • Strawberry Jam 100g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Add Eggs into a mixing Bowl and add sugar.
Step 2
Beat until it becomes fluffy.
Step 3
Fold Milkmaid and flour into the above batter and add vanilla.
Step 4
Pour into a greased baking tray and bake at 2000C for 8Mins to 10Mins.
Step 5
Once it is baked, let it cool down and apply jam.
Step 6
Roll the cake gently from one side to the other to form a Swiss roll.
