Let’s make it
Combine milk powder, water, MILKMAID and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a soft boil over medium heat while constantly stirring.
Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly. Add fresh mango and blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to kulfi moulds and place in freezer for 3-4 hours to set completely.
Remove from mould and serve immediately.
Mangos are high in fiber and are a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A.
