Let’s make it
Add MILKMAID & Butter into a bowl and beat for 2 minutes until soft and well combined.
Add Flour and cocoa powder into the butter & MILKMAID mixture and mix well until a dough is formed.
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
Place the cold dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out evenly, until 1 cm in thickness.
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Using a cookie cutter, cut the cookie dough into any preferred shape and place the cookies on a lightly greased or lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies at 160°C for 8 minutes.
Optional - you can decorate your cookies by drizzling melted chocolate on top.
