You will need

  • Basic Bread Dough
  • Flour 500g
  • Sugar 80g
  • Eggs 3
  • Yeast 4 tsp.
  • Butter 100g
  • Raisin Bread
  • MILKMAID 1/2 a small tin
  • Egg yolks 6
  • Raisins 150g
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp.
  • Yeast 2 tsp.
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp.
  • Butter 100g

Let’s make it

Bread Dough
Combine all ingredients together and work into a dough. Rest it by covering with a damp cloth.
Step 1
Mix all ingredients into the dough which was kept for resting, mix well together until it becomes smooth and soft.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a well-greased Breudher mould (dust a little flour after buttering the mould) and leave it to prove for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Bake in an oven at 180? C until it is golden brown for approximately 30 minutes.
