  • Milkmaid 200g (Small tin)
  • Semolina 250g
  • Desiccated coconut 150g
  • Baking powder 1tbsp
  • Sugar 150g
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Almonds nuts 50g
  • Melted butter/Oil 150ml
  • Water 200ml

Let’s make it

Step 1
Add Semolina, desiccated coconut and sugar into a bowl and mix well
Step 2
Add melted butter and mix well
Step 3
Add Milkmaid (Small tin) and water. Stir well
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp baking powder and vanilla essence
Step 5
Mix well again
Step 6
Lay out the mixture into a baking tray and top with almonds as you prefer
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C°
Step 8
Decorate with desiccated coconut as desired and serve
