  • Coconut milk 400ml
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Food colouring few drops
  • Ghee 50g
  • Cashew (Chopped) 50g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Take a pan, roast the rice Flour, and keep aside.
Step 2
Add Sugar and Milkmaid into a pan mix well. Then add the flour and coconut milk and mix well.
Step 3
Keep on low flame, add vanilla essence and a little ghee, and stir until the mixture thickens. Once thick, transfer to a tray, let it cool, and garnish with cashew nuts.
