Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan, roast the almonds, and keep them aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, add the soaked rice and 200ml water. Cook until the rice is soft.
Step 3
Once cooked, mash/stir the rice well, then add MILKMAID and rose essence.
Step 4
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
Step 5
Add the roasted almonds, pour into a pot or dish, and garnish with nuts before serving.
