Serving

You will need

  • Cream 250ml
  • Water 350ml
  • MILKMAID Small tin 1 (390g)
  • Gelatine 10g
  • Sherbet Syrup 50ml
  • Water 200ml
  • Sugar 30g
  • Rose water 3 drops

Let’s make it

Step 1
Heat a pan and add Milkmaid and water & mix well.
Step 2
Add fresh cream, gelatine and rose water to the above mixture & stir well.
Step 3
Separately, add sherbet syrup, water & sugar into a heated pan & mix well.
Step 4
Add gelatine into it. Then take off from the stove & let it cool down.
Step 5
Pour rose water panna cotta into a desired shaped glass & let it cool down.
Step 6
Afterwards, put gelatine on it and let it fix too.
Step 7
Finally, garnish as per the preference & serve.
