You will need
- MILKMAID 1 small tin
- Necto (or any other preferred soft drink) 1 bottle (400ml)
- Gelatine (unflavoured) 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
- Whipping cream (for garnishing) 1 tbsp.
Let’s make it
Step 1
Mix MILKMAID and Necto till smooth.
Step 2
Soak gelatine in 1/2 cup of water and dissolve over a pan of hot water. Stir into the MILKMAID/Necto mixture. Freeze till partially set.
Step 3
Beat well and freeze again till partially set. Beat again and freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Top it with whipped cream. You may also use thickly prepared cordial instead of a soft drink.
