Quick & Easy Pineapple Pudding

You will need

  • MILKMAID 1 Large tin
  • Water 510g
  • Gelatin 3 tbsp
  • finely cut Pineapple 1
  • Sugar 100g
  • Salt 2g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Pour MILKMAID & water into a pan and heat.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of gelatin to 1 tablespoon of hot water and mix well.
Step 3
Add gelatin mixture to the MILKMAID mixture while having the pan on the stove.
Step 4
Once boiled, take it off the heat and pour into a mould.
Step 5
Let it cool and refrigerate until set.
Step 6
Stew the finely cut pineapple with sugar and salt on low heat.
Step 7
Once done, take it off the heat and allow it to cool.
Step 8
Add the stewed pineapple on top of the pudding and refrigerate.
