You will need

  • MILKMAID 170g
  • Butter (softened plus extra for greasing) 55g
  • Castor sugar 85g
  • Eggs (beaten with a pinch of salt) 4
  • Vanilla 1 tsp.
  • Coffee powder (dissolved in 1 tbsp. boiling water) 1 tbsp.
  • Dark chocolate (melted) 350g
  • Flour 85g

Let’s make it

Step 1
In a bowl whisk the butter, sugar and MILKMAID together until pale and creamy. Gently whisk in the eggs, a little at a time, followed by the vanilla and coffee mixture.
Step 2
Add the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. Then add the flour and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into greased cupcake moulds and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve individually on a plate. **To keep longer store it in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven and serve.
