Let’s make it
In a bowl whisk the butter, sugar and MILKMAID together until pale and creamy. Gently whisk in the eggs, a little at a time, followed by the vanilla and coffee mixture.
Add the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. Then add the flour and whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into greased cupcake moulds and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve individually on a plate. **To keep longer store it in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven and serve.
