You will need

  • MILKMAID 510g
  • Water 750 ml
  • Basmati Rice 75g
  • Cashew nuts 20g
  • Raisins 20g
  • Cardamom 1/2 tsp

Let’s make it

Step 1
Soak rice in water for 1 hour

Next, mix milkmaid and water in a thick bottom pan and bring to a boil.

Add the soaked rice into this and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally until the rice is cooked and the mixture gets thick.
Step 4
Then, add the raisins, cashew and cardamom and mix well.
Step 5
Allow the kheer to cool and serve
