Let’s make it
Add sugar and water into a pan and heat until caramelized.
Pour the caramel in to a pudding mould and let it sit.
Add MILKMAID and water into a bowl and stir well until you get a watery consistency.
Add NESCAFÉ into the MILKMAID mixture and stir until well combined.
Add the eggs into a separate bowl and beat until soft.
Combine the beaten eggs with the MILKMAID mixture & fold until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pudding mould & steam for 30 minutes. You can also steam the pudding mixture in a pressure cooker.
Finally allow the pudding to cool. Remove from the mould onto a dish, so that the caramel side is on top. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
