Let’s make it
Add Sugar and water into a pan and caramelize it. Pour the caramel in to the pudding mould and let it set.
Add MILKMAID and water into a bowl and stir well until you get a watery consistency.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence into the MILKMAID mixture and stir until cocoa powder is well combined without any lumps.
Add eggs into a separate bowl and beat until soft. Combine beaten eggs with the MILKMAID mixture.
Fold the mixture until beaten eggs are thoroughly combined with the rest of the ingredients.
Strain the MILKMAID mixture.
Finally, pour the MILKMAID mixture into a pudding mould.
Fill a saucepan halfway with water, Place pudding mould into it and steam for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate for 3 hours
