You will need

  • Tin MILKMAID 1 small
  • Liters Water 1 ¾
  • Jaggery (grated) 750g
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Maggi Coconut Milk powder 300g
  • Gelatine 30g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Mix MILKMAID with 450 ml water to make milk and leave a side
Step 2
Dissolve jaggery in 300ml water, add cardamom & cinnamon and bring it to boil. Add MILKMAID milk to the above boiling mixture
Step 3
Dissolve Maggi Coconut Milk powder in 1L water and add to the above mixture & take off from the fire. Add gelatine & mix well
Step 4
Strain the mixture to a mould & refrigerate
