Chocolate & Coffee Fudge

You will need

  • MILKMAID tin (Large) 1No (510g
  • Chocolate 400g
  • NESCAFÉ 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp

Let’s make it

Step 1
Add MILKMAID into a pre-heated pan.
Step 2
Stir continuously until the MILKMAID is heated and add in the Chocolate.
Step 3
Stir well until the MILKMAID and chocolate are combined well. Add NESCAFÉ and Vanilla essence into the mixture and stir for a few minutes until well combined
Step 4
Pour the Fudge mixture on to a baking tray, spread the mixture evenly on the tray until you get 1-2 cm thick layer.
Step 5
Finally, let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours, cut it into bite-size pieces and serve.
