You will need
- Milkmaid - 510g 1
- Plain flour 225g
- Cocoa powder 5tbsp
- Baking powder 1g
- Water 120ml
- Vegetable oil 120ml
- Eggs 4nos
- Chocolate Chip (optional) 50g
- Frosting mixture
- Butter 150g
- Icing sugar 170g
- Cocoa powder 25g
Let’s make it
Step 1
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, MILKMAID and water in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 2
Mix oil, eggs and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Gradually combine the Milkmaid and the egg mixture together
Step 4
Add chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
Step 5
Add the mixture into muffin cups and bake in an oven preheated to 170°c for 20 minutes
Frosting mixture
Step 1
Mix butter & sugar until smooth & fluffy
Step 2
Add cocoa powder mix well
Step 3
Decorate the cupcakes as preferred
