Let’s make it
Preheat the oven to 180°C, and place cupcake liners in a muffin mould
Combine MILKMAID and sugar in a bowl and beat both ingredients until they are combined well.
Add oil and eggs into the mixture and continue beating for another few minutes.
Place pealed bananas* into a separate bowl and mash them. Add yogurt and vanilla into the same bowl.
Mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated with the mashed bananas.
Combine the banana mixture and the MILKMAID batter. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
Sieve the flour into the MILKMAID batter and combine the dry and wet ingredients together until a soft batter a formed.
Incorporate chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour the batter into the muffin moulds.
Bake your muffins at 180°C for 20mins. Let them cool before serving.
As an additional step, you can decorate or sprinkle the muffins.
