Step 1
Cook Sugar, MILKMAID and water, stirring till sugar dissolves. Then add butter and continue cooking till mixture thickens.
Step 2
Mix in the cashew nuts, sultanas and vanilla, few minutes before removing from heat. Stir the mixture for about 2 or 3 minutes
Step 3
Pour into a buttered tray, leave to set and cut. (Half the quantity of ingredients cab be used to make 30 pieces.)
