              Step 1
            
            
              Put sugar and water into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the syrup starts to boil.

              Add semolina little by little and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Add coconut, rose water and cardamom powder.
            
           
                  
            
              Step 3
            
            
              Add food coloring and mix well. Continue to cook for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture leaves the slides of the pan. 
            
           
                  
            
              Step 4
            
            
              Add MILKMAID and stir well.
            
           
                  
            
              Step 5
            
            
              Pour the mixture into the greased tin and make it smooth and flat on top. 
            
           
                  
            
              Step 6
            
            
              Cut into pieces and let it cool.
