You will need

  • Mango 2 Nos
  • Milkmaid small tin 1
  • Water 400ml
  • Gelatin 10g (mix with 30ml of water)
  • Mango Jelly 50g
  • Water 250ml (to prepare Mango Jelly)

Let’s make it

Step 1
Take the blender and add Milkmaid, 400ml Water, and 2 Nos of cut mangoes.
Step 2
Add gelatin into the mixture and blend again.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add mango jelly and 250ml of hot water. Stir well and let it cool.
Step 4
Pour the Milkmaid mixture into the desired glass. Once it is cooled, keep it in the refrigerator to set for 2-4 hours.
Step 5
Once set, decorate it as shown on the video and then pour the Mango Jelly syrup on top of it.
Step 6
Keep this in the refrigerator, let the jelly set for 2-4 hours, garnish and serve!
