You will need
- MILKMAID 1 Small Tin
- Whipping Cream 2 Cups
- Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
- Blue Food Coloring 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 20
- Chocolate Chip Cookies 15
- Mint Essence ½ tsp
- Gelatin ½ tsp
- Hot Water 3 tbsp
Let’s make it
Step 1
Break 15 sandwich cookies and 10 chocolate chip cookies and set aside.
Step 2
Whisk whipping cream and vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Beat in MILKMAID until color is uniform, add mint essence and food coloring and mix with whipping cream mixture
Step 4
Combine gelatin & hot water. Once mixed well, add to the above mixture.
Step 5
Fold in broken cookies and transfer to loaf pan.
Step 6
Break all remaining cookies and use to garnish.
Step 7
Place in freezer for at least 6 hours or until set.
