  • Lemon juice 30ml
  • Butter (melted) 30g
  • Egg whites 2
  • Fruit of your choice, skinned and pureed (approx. 400-500ml)

Let’s make it

Step 1
Blend the MILKMAID with lemon juice and butter. Add pureed fruit, pour into a bowl and chill
Step 2
Whisk egg whites until very stiff and fold into the chilled mixture. Pour into a refrigerator tray and half freeze.
Step 3
Remove from tray and beat until smooth
