              Step 1
            
            
              Cook the Sago: Rinse sago with water once.

              Boil 2 cups of water. Add sago and cook on medium heat until it turns transparent (about 10–15 mins).

              Stir often to avoid sticking. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water to remove excess starch.
            
           
                  
            
              Step 4
            
            
              Brew the Tea: In a separate pot, boil 1/2 cup water.

              Add tea leaves or tea bag and brew for 2–3 minutes (strong as you like)

              Strain the tea if using loose leaves.

              Combine All: In a glass or cup, add the cooked sago.
            
           
                  
            
              Step 8
            
            
              Pour the hot tea over it. Stir in 3–4 tablespoons of condensed milk (adjust sweetness as you prefer)

              Serve: Mix well and enjoy warm or chilled
