Step 1
Melt cooking chocolate and butter with MILKMAID in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Mix in flour, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and nuts until smooth. Chill for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into thirds. Shape each into 7 x 1 1/2 inch rolls. Wrap in wax paper. Chill until firm for about 2 hours.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 175°C. Cut rolls into 1/2-inch slices. Place on cookie sheets.
Step 4
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops are slightly crusted. Cool for 1 minute, before removing from the cookie sheets.
