Sift flour and baking powder together. Add dry fruit, sugar with 2 tbs of flour in a bowl, until well mixed. Then add rest of the flour, margarine and make a crumble.
Add candied fruit, beaten egg yolks, orange/ lemon peel, orange juice and lime juice. Gradually add MILKMAID and milk. Beat egg whites separately, and fold into the above mixture. Pour a little (3/4), of the mixture into the paper cup.
Place a cashew on top of the mixture MILKMAID fruit Cupcake before baking at 180?C for 20-25 min.
