You will need

  • MILKMAID 1 small tin
  • Carrots Grated 350g
  • කජු ග‍්‍රෑම් 50
  • Butter 100g
  • Flour 200g
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Water 100ml
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • බටර් ග‍්‍රෑම් 100
  • අයිසිං සුගර් ග‍්‍රෑම් 250
  • දෙහි තේ හැදි 1
  • ක‍්‍රීම් චීස් ග‍්‍රෑම් 125

Let’s make it

Step 1
Beat butter in a mixing bowl, add milkmaid into it and mix well.
Step 2
Mix baking powder, baking soda & Flour together. Then sprinkle some flour on to the carrot and cashew and mix lightly.
Step 3
Then add water and milkmaid batter into the mixture alternately. Then add cashew nut, carrot and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray & bake it at 180oC for 30 – 35 Mins.
Step 5
Beat butter and icing sugar. Then add cream cheese & beat until it becomes creamy. Finally, add lime juice and mix well.
Step 6
Slice the cake into two layers. Sandwich with the cream cheese icing and garnish as per your desired design.
