You will need

  • MILKMAID 200ml
  • Water 200ml
  • Semolina 160g
  • Ghee 6 tbsp
  • Kesari Powder / Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 10 g
  • Raisins 10g
  • Rose water 1/2 tsp

Let’s make it

Step 1
Add ghee in to a pan and fry the cashew and raisins until golden brown.
Step 2
Next, add ghee into another pan and add the semolina and cook until it’s absorbed.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix MILKMAID , water and rosewater and add to the pot of semolina. Next, add kesari/turmeric and cardamom powder cook until it well until combined.
Step 4
Finally, add the fried cashew and raisins and mix well.
Step 5
Put this mixture into a dish and flatten it and cut into desired shapes and serve.
