Let’s make it
In to a bowl add the milk powder, flour, baking powder and mix well. Next add the melted ghee, cardamom powder and MILKMAID and mix well.
Shape the dough into balls and set aside.
Fry the Gulab jamun in heated oil until golden brown and set aside.
To make the sugar syrup, in a separate pan add the sugar and water and mix over low heat. Next, add the lemon slices, rose water and cardamom for flavor. After the flavors have infused remove the lemon slices.
Add the fried Gulab jamun to the sugar syrup and set aside to soak well. Garnish with more chopped nuts before serving
