You will need

  • MILKMAID 390g
  • Passion Fruit 100g
  • Sugar 40g
  • Water 150ml
  • Gelatin 5g
  • Fresh Cream 100ml

Let’s make it

Step 1
Add passion fruit puree and sugar in to a pan and let it cook.
Step 2
Add water, fresh cream and milkmaid and bring to boil then add gelatin in to the mixture
Step 3
Pour in to the desired shape glasses and serve chilled.
